Job description

PLM Group is growing steadily with a focus on continuous improvement. In this totally new role, you will report to the Chief Sales Officer and work closely with the management team. You will also be part of the Sales Management Forum, where you are expected to make your voice heard and get involved in having an influence.

It is sales that drive PLM Group forwards, and your work will be aimed at sales managers in each country as well as the in-house Sales Department. This department, which covers six countries, is in a growth phase and there is a desire to optimise it and move towards digitisation.

This is where you come into the picture, to make sure that the sales force can focus on the right things. Applying your analytical ability, you can study reports and also define the work method moving forward.

There is a desire here to achieve more structure in the work, to retain the focus and high pressure on the market. Based on your previous experiences, the role can to some degree be shaped around you. But your main focus areas will be as follows:

• Draw up base data and analyse information in order to create action plans and get the sales organisation on board.
• Campaigns – Work with Marketing to draw up campaigns, before coaching the sales force and driving activities.
• Responsibility for CRM – You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your tool is relevant. Contribute base data to the sales force, and be the “go to” expert for knowledge of your CRM system LIME.
• Reporting – You produce forecasts and report the effects of campaigns, for example, with a focus on sales trends and analyse the results in this area.

To succeed in this role, we believe you will have a post-secondary qualification, with importance attached to your critical thinking and ability to analyse base data. It is useful if you enjoy working with figures, and you probably find the technology we offer to be interesting.

You have worked actively in CRM systems, and can easily navigate around and understand the value of an effective system. If you master Excel too, this is a major advantage.

Your experience also includes leadership and coaching, and you know what it takes to get others on board with you. You will be conversing with most people, so your social skills and ability to communicate easily are extremely important. The language used in PLM Group is English, so you are expected to be fluent in both written and spoken English.
